The fully automated medical masks production line has 2 parts–an automatic mask body forming device (length and width edge welding) and earloop welding machines. The former is where main mask body forming is done, including an automatic roll unwinding rack, nose clips insertion, truncation, ultrasonic fusion, slicing, etc.
The earloop welding machine is made up of a frame, a conveying pallet, earloop feeding, welding and cutting, and a discharging mechanism. this discharging mechanism provides the automatic welding function of the ear-loop.
